On Happiness is where I’m making sense of a life shaped by lessons, heartbreak, regrets, and promises. I don’t have every answer, but I believe there is meaning in looking honestly at what we’ve lived through.
Here, I share personal reflections on the moments that change us, the things we wish we had done differently, and the small ways we keep moving toward happiness. These are thoughts from a journey still unfolding.
We’ve all been through something heartbreaking or traumatic and I believe these experiences do not have to destroy us. We can be resilient and we can use them to help others. We don’t have to become the monster who hurt us. But we can if we let ourselves. That’s the point of this blog. To reflect and to share. And to hold on to the beauty.
Thank you for being here. Take a look around, and if something resonates, I hope you’ll carry it with you.
